Melek Alemdar holds a PhD in Curriculum, Instruction, and Assessment and currently serves as a post-doctoral research fellow within the Passport to Success research team. Her academic interests revolve around exploring instructional strategies that facilitate Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) in intervention curricula. Additionally, she focuses on studying teachers' instructional practices when implementing social and emotional learning programs in classroom settings. Before joining the team, she was actively involved in education as a lecturer at Necmettin Erbakan University in Turkey. .
